The funeral for John Smidt will be held on Wednesday 7th June at 1pm, followed by a wake at the same location.

John's son Harrison has asked me to pass on to those who knew John and who wished to pay their respects that they are most welcome to join his family and friends on this day.

John's funeral was attended by literally hundreds of family, friends and acquaintances, many from the BMC and Leyland enthusiast community. It was a fitting send-off to a unique and remarkable man.

25th of May the day my grandmother passed away as well in 2007 which is also my sisters birthday

Family passing on birthdays has happen 3 times since then one was on mine as well
