Once raced a Porche 911 in my older 13b turbo rx7 after flogging him and ready to go again at the next light he chickens out and turns left into the side street

A few years back I was sitting at a set of traffic lights in a truck when a young bloke pulls up along side me in a Toyota Celica.
He was giving the motor a few revs so I gave the truck a rev, he gave it another rev so I gave the truck a bigger rev, he looked up at me and grinned. So I gave the truck a big rev, let the clutch out with a bit of wheelspin and he floored it and went straight through the red light!

I just pushed the clutch in and hadn't moved! Image

Just remember, they might beat you off at the lights, but they won't beat you through the next roundabout... :D

And what gets more attention, a nice Mini or a nice Colt!!

I dunno boys... I went for a ride in Dr Mini's "Morris Mini.Matic" and boy is it a sleeper! I'd like to see any colt, Commodore or whatever take on this little pocket rocket...

Seriously even if they win, Mini Haha would get 10/10 for style  Geez the torque down low is unbelievable for a N/A A series engine  I am so sold on N/A... mini Haha is already scary fast as it is let alone conversions etc

haha. a mini isnt really made for street racing. Especially off the lights.

Thats part of the reason mine has been sitting in the shed for 2 years.

My last car was this: Image I put hubcaps on it and it ran mid 13's. That was a sleeper. It looked like crap.

This is my new one and its a bit faster than the old one :261rwkw at only 10psi. The engine and trans are built to handle 20psi. I should be looking at 350rwkw soon enough and a flat 11/high 10 hopefully. Image

Of course now the plan is to make my mini as fast as the first falcon I posted. That will be awesome!
