I replaced my spark plugs not to long ago, and they need replacing again.. the old ones had carbon on them in the middle 2 cylindars only, the outer 2 were fine. I'm pretty sure it was carbon not oil. Does this mean I'm running too rich? Could I be leaving the choke out too long when I warm up the engine? Could it be anythign else?

Thanks

Choke or generally too rich is right. It sounds like you have a stocko manifold too. I would wind the carb back a flat and see how you go. drive it to work and back and see what the plugs are like. Wind it back 1 flat at a time, you really don't want to go too lean. If you have a std manifold, think about an update, or take it to a tuner and get them to sort it out. Costs money but best way to get your car running at it's peak. I just had my clubby tuned and you wouldn't think that the thing had the herbs he has now!

Cheers

Aaron
