2. When i left it the clutch was trying not to let you put it into gears without alot of push and shove.. i got told mabye the hydrolic arm? or clutch might need to be adjusted??

Can anyone help me??

If you leave hydrolics for a while, they can "screw up". In both your brakes and your clutch, get the hydrolics looked at.

When the car is left site for sometime the Barake fluid attracts moisture and the that moisture can corrod the master and slave cylinders in the barke/clutch system.

If stainless sleves have been fitted then that should not be a problem.

these are reasons to your brake problems that i know of:

1. air in your pipes. you need two people to bleed them, one to continuously pump, one to watch it squirt and shut off just at the peak of the squirt (at the end of each squirt, the nipple tends to suck)

2. i have a clearish plastic reservoir. it has a black rubber diaphragm. i left it in there and poured fluid on top of the diaphragm, bleeding the whole reservoir dry. it looked full, so i just kept bleeding.

3. brake adjustment: there are two adjusters on the front wheels. i adjusted mine once such that they were way too loose and the brake pedal gave in easily. i then tightened them, and the brake pedal was way too hard. you need them just right.
it takes a while to figure them out by yourself

4. you may need to check your brake cylinder, piston not leaking any fluid

Took me 3 months to figure it out. I was adjusting them so that the shoes were just missing the drum... eg no scraping sound when you turn the drum and the pedal would go straight to the floor no matter what I did.

As soon as I adjusted it so there was just a little bit of scrubbing.... so the shoes were just touching the drum in their 'off' position the peddle came up straight away.

where in SYD are you? I am in Castle Hill. If you are close by I am happy to have a look and give you some help.

If it's been parked a while, the MC seals are probably worn (shrunk in size). What happens is the seals slowly wear the outside edge in use but the hydraulic pressure on a daily basis helps push them out to the cylinder wall, so they still seal OK. Park it for a while and they miss the wall- no touch, so no pressure...

Buy a seal kit...
