About $50 each. Pretty much any mini parts supplier can get them.

http://www.agradepanels.com.au/new_parts.html (no affiliation or endorsement on my part, they just have prices online)

You'll end up with a rover panel, and the ribs won't line up exactly.

And, they won't have the 2 Oz floor channels for hydro lines, cables etc either. More work...

To do properly, you need to get some steel channels folded up, and weld them in after the floor pans are in place. Not easy...
I put these UK floor pans into Anton's 850 and it wasn't too bad. No channels in them to worry about..

Dunno how bad yours is, but-
Might be easier to cut the (good) floor out of another Clubby if you find one, use it to patch yours..

Channels were put in Oz cars from 1966? on, to protect all the pipes from rocks etc.
No rocks in UK, just mud!

The hydrolastic pipes....the Rover ones don't allow for them (they were running dry suspension, for which the Rover floor replacements are made).

Mine don't line up (and they look crap like that)......but I got them done when I was young and not pushy enough with the panelbeater that did them.....plus being a tightwad uni student didn't help!

How different are the floors between hydro and rubber suspension minis?

My 850 has 3 channels in the original front floor..... the Rover replacement panel also has 3 channels.... and I found that by cutting the door side of the panel a bit shorter, all 3 channels will line up perfectly.

See the bottom of this page----> http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=32&start=90

As I said 850 nearly matches, floor is similar to UK car.
But..
Hydro cars and all Clubbies here have a rectangular channel a couple of inches wide running full length each side. 10? captive nuts in each floor. Cover plates are screwed on from underneath.
And, the grooves (`channels' you speak of) are different spacing too.
Makes for a lot more work.

what do you mean by channels? i have what is believed to be a 65 deluxe and it has small channels pressed into the floor but they look like there more for strength rather than the pipes. i also need to replace some of the floor so some info on how deep these channels are so i can decide whether to just cut out the rust or replace the whole panel.

cheers

You have an EARLY Deluxe. Same floor as 850, except gearshift hole. No channels- they just have stiffening grooves.

From ~67 on, Deluxes and S's etc had these 2 BIG channels added that I spoke of. And they continued right thru to 1978, end of Clubbie production.
