Hi guys,

I had a horrible Sunday afternoon. Came home to find some blokes (friends of a flat mate... former flatmate, I'm moving out ASAP) have been on the turps all saturday night/Sunday and decided to pick up my car and moved it into the yard.

They've walked/jumped/sat around on the roof. It's like the pacific... the paint is 'fractured' in one spot... all the dents have popped back but there's lots of creases in the paint.

They've also put a pretty decend ding in the passenger side front guard above the wheel.

So I'm pretty shattered. I need to get a quote from somebody who'll do the job right and get my flatmate to pay up on behalf of his 'friends'. Does anybody have a good contact in brissy?

My sister lives pretty close so I've moved most of my stuff around to her place. The brick is safe and sound in her garage too. It won't be coming back to the house thats for sure.

Only things I have to move out is a table, bed and clothes. Considering moving the bed and desk to my sisters as well and just moving home for a few weeks until I can find somewhere.

Talk to Don at DMD motorsports. I am hoping to get them to do a repair on my Soarer. The work there speaks for itself.

If your mates are paying, take it to the best!

Johnny Dawson at Dawson Automotive.

Make sure you get the cash out of your 'mate' before you put the car in to get fixed.

Or......you could bring it along this Sunday and we could all give it a go.

Mates or not, if they did that to any piece of property of mine, they would be lucky not to end up in ICU. That is just plain ****ing CRIMINAL!

A mate from work recommended me Weatherall Prestige Autobody and Shipstone smash repairs, both in Windsor. I went and grabbed quotes from them today and said they should be able to get it looking like it did previously.

An update on what actually happened:
When I found the car there was a mattrise on top of it and apparently they were sliding off the sloped tin roof onto my car. Lovely.

My flatmate said previously that he's willing to pay for the damages and then he'll sort it out with his 'mates'. But he hasn't seen the quotes yet, that happens tonight. One is for ~$1650 and the other is ~$1980 so he might change his tune. In which case I will get mad and something will be sorted out, most probably via the Police.

I'm not one for violence, I like to keep my sinister thoughts of revenge to myself and with time they fade away.

Thanks for the encouragement and recommendations guys, I'll keep them in mind if I need to get extra quotes.
