Don't grind metal off the alloy manifold flange- it'll weaken it. Make some stepped washers. Tackweld half a flat washer on one side, or a bit of keysteel, whatever. :wink:

I'll try but I cant weld and dont have the equipment. I'll give coventry fasteners a call see if they have steped washers.
