I have rust in my inner sills, and they are quite badly damaged........well actually theres a crap load of bog in them.......

Whats the way to repair them......weld in a patch etc etc?

Yep, that's how I did a couple. Make sure you cut back to clean metal- rust has no tensile strength... :lol: :lol: :shock:
And do it with the car sitting level, not jacked up... that can pull things out of shape.

Yeah ill have to get the bog out first :P

Was going to ask you doc, to do the sills and floor pan, should i leave the subframes in or it doesnt matter?

I would leave them in , if you take them out it all needs to be blocked up level and left like that until finished.
I'd do the pans then the sills, or vice versa, and finish one side at a time. :wink:
