what ever you do do not use sikaflex to glue in windows you will never.. well have a bitch of a time.. getting them out again.. use window silicon...

my mates mini we did (citric) we didnt use glue at all except where the rubber joins.. and the thing doesnt leak.. id only glue them if your reusing old rubber

Big fella, i'm at the wrong end of the country for ya.

The product ya wanna seal it with is called Dmastic, made by Selleys. Urethanes like sikaflex are used on more modern cars, where it is the sealant and bonding medium. Silicone should NEVER be used between the rubber and the body. Its acidic and attracts moisture.

Dont attempt to rope the windscreen in. The rubber is designed to be fitted to the body, then the windscreen worked into it from bottom to top.

Good job Big Fella,

Ya got that for a pretty damn good price too. Normally it'll cost that much per window to be fitted. I'd be keeping his number on the fridge.
