I know a guy who goes to the supersprints who has one of those motors in a 1968 Crown and made it a sports sedan. when we asked why, he said he had the car, had the motor, had a couple of days.......but he used the 5speed that came with the motor...no a/c either. Why would you stick with the 3 speed, surely the torque would kill it?
