OK, I should read my book, but I want to ask for others experiences with drive stafts.

I want to fit my front end maybe this weekend :D . I have it almost assembled, but I wanted to bolt in the drive shafts when I fit it. By doing this, will I have to remove them when I fit my motor / box? Can you drop a motor / box in and slide the shafts out and back in without having to remove the swivel hubs?

Are dropping an Engine in Later.
I droped Sue's in from the top with Pot Joints and Lost one Ball (Pickand Payless Time) and the shafts just push back in.
Then do up the top ball joint
Don't scatch the paint on the way In

so you can slide them away from the motor and then back into place, with the wheel end still bolted into the hub, and the hubs still inplace?

Just drop the hub from the top Ball Joint. I also disconected the Tie-bar also which allowed it to swing out more

ok thanx mate, i figured i would have to do that.

I put my Cooper S tapered rollers in last night. I have to clean up my CV's and bolt them in now.

Subframe looks too good to drive with. I am in love with that charcoal hammertone paint. I might do my fuel tank with it. :D
