I know lots of people have changed their seat belts.

Can anyone tell me the part no. or code for retractables that will replace my fixed belts in a 74 clubman?
(Only the front)

Klippan K1512. Supposedly for `ALL' Minis...

You will need to drill another hole in the reel bracket (make shorter) and then cut the excess off it, so the reel clears the door bin.

I've had 2 in my red car for 3 years now. 8)

LMAO, Thanks Doc. I was actually waiting on line here for your reply.

I'll chase it up, now my seat belts are getting frayed near the buckle. well beyond fixing with a cigarette lighter LOL

I tried to put some (Clubbie) ones there in our `67 pretend S, but it has early lowback Clubbie seats and the backrest hinges fouled the reels. Check that before you buy...

That was the first thing I noticed, that it was gonna be a tight fit for the retractor reel. just have to try it and see. Knowing my luck, like everything else that's stuffed on my car, it's been a right royal pain in the butt to sort out

Sit an old one (clubbie or whatever) in there and check, before you spend $$$.
