I am wanting to buy a mini clubman shell. I got a description by the owner and he wants me to offer him a price. The mini clubman had an 1100cc engine and gearbox which he is keeping. It has interior which I don't know the condition of. He said it had twin tanks but the righthand tank was removed because it was rusty and can be supplied if needed. He said it has a 1275 dash.
I asked him if it were a clubman gt but he said that it didn't have a 1275cc engine or disk brakes. Also one of the front head lights are damaged and there is surface rust in the front drivers floor.
How much do you think it is worth?

Depends entirely on the condition of the shell / paint, and as I was advised a few weeks ago, what you are willing to pay for it. :wink:

I reckon if it is otherwise complete and fairly straight (& doesn't need panel work/respraying) $100 to $400, depending on how bad you want it.

{That's based on that i bought two clubman vans (complete) for $400 each in the last couple of weeks. One body is 97% and motor bad, the other body is 90% motor excellent.}

So, how much do you want it?

Cheers Matt

Yeah I was thinking about $100-$400. But I'll give him an offer this weekend when I go and have a look at it.
