well I think you can be certain its not part of a Mini ;)

Its actually the lid off a tiny jar used for storing miniature "M"s

That "M" appears to be somewhat placed onto the image after it was taken.
So, its just really a shitty attempt at photographing a macro image of some sort of a reflective metallic object.
