Ok I've now made them and fitted them up, I'm just waiting for the contact adhesive to dry so I can put the vinyl on.
I masaged the lines a little on a test pattern, the fold lines carrying down towards the back simply continue to form the last quarter instead of changing angle (I think this may have been the original BMC idea.) and have also trimmed the ashtray flitch to suit the door pillar as it passes down . The ashtray hole was spot on and although the entire assembly is overly tight as I drop it into the pocket, the space opens up as it gets pushed further down to make a perfect, tight fit.

Thanks a bunch! :D :D
