well its got cooper wheels twin tanks and overriders so my quess is a cooper s
also an old one cause it got sliding windows

I'm voting export version as well. It really does look to be a hybrid - external hinges, later rear lights, late boot badge or a Mk2 Cooper S police pack!

We have a winner! (almost) It in not an Austin, it is a Morris.

It is a standard unmolested British Morris Cooper S Mk2. The photo is an official Leyland photo from when the car was released.
