Well guys another interesting fact which has just been found by Anton and myself on both of our mini k's we both have the PR Williams stock number inside the engine bay. and to our excitment we have worked out there was like 174 minis between Mine and anton's.

Anton's stock number was MDK851 and mine MDK677 both were built in 1970.

yea I was pretty spun out to see the same P&R Williams dealership tag under the hood.....and the stock numbers are very close!

1 month difference in the manufacturing stamp date.....for all I know, old Pops and his wife might have looked at Adam's K and thought...."No dear, red is too racey for us......lets take the white one...."

Small world hey!

that is very intriguing... maybe you should bring a red mini to Pop's place and if he scrunches his nose and says its too racey
then the red k and pop's have already crossed paths....

ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh

after 35 years, it's pretty rare that you would have 2 Mini's in mint condition, that came from the same dealership at the same time.

I still can't believe it!

That Mr Williams must be good at selling cars and getting the owners to take care of them

pity its the other way round these days in this expendable mass produced world of ours
