I find when I am filling my tank the pump cuts out way before the tank is full (this also happened on other minis I have owned) so I wait about 10 seconds and try again and can generally fill the rest of the tank but sometimes I have to take my time filling by only running the pump at half speed.

When I went from Canberra to Albury I nearly made it on one tank of fuel, so thats like 300km on 25L. But I put my HS2 SU on specially for the trip, I don't think the Dell would have been as fuel efficient. Solution, I'm going to fit a bigger fuel tank (40L would be nice!)

When I fill up I ignore the clicks from the pump, I keep going and slowly pull the bowser thingo out until I can see the petrol in the tank is at the top  Then I only go round left hand corners for a while!
