Well hello everyone.
I was driving along during my lunch break at work tonight.. and had a slight accident. I was driving right behind a car and we were both doing 60 clicks.. Anyway a big 4wd came flying out of a side street, straight out infront of me and almost hit side on the car in front. I had to slam the brakes on lost control and my front wheel hit the curb. Completely ruined the rim, and have disloged the front side apron panel about 1mm from the panel under the windscreen. As soon as it hit I thought the damage was much worse then it actually is. So I'm fairly lucky, it's barely any damage at all really. Unless the cvs are damaged or anything.

Worst part is the 4wd just pissed off.. Didn't even stop. The car infront stop and checked it I was alright, we were both a bit shaken up.

I'm really sorry to hear this mate. :( What happened is just not right, chin up and aim to get the car back on the road in an even better condition than it was before the accident. 8)

Bad luck buddy, hate the majority of 4wd drivers think they own the road it really pisses me off especially when you are driving a mini :(

Your mother would say if she hasn't already

"If you saw him coming and had a horn you could have beeped"

Yep, I was asked to remind you

Geez honk  Thankfully you weren't hurt, and the mini isn't too badly damaged!

Disgraceful that the 4wd driver didn't even stop! :x

Arsehole for not stopping  Stuff like that makes me mad.

Glad to hear you're OK.

Where did it happen? Did you report it to the police?
If it was near the city, you'd be surprised just how many RTA cameras there are around - maybe you might be lucky??

just an idea (OK so probably a bad idea, but it was an idea nonetheless  )

geez that shits me mate! i feel bad for you. hope the damge doesnt turn out too bad.

and i will happily generalise about 4WDs. i have had wAY to many experiences of
tiny mothers that can barely see over the steering wheel cutting me off, somtimes in a way that would send me across parramatta rd... they think its a harmless mistake but this Fk wits in their massive patrols and landcruisers are responsible for a lot of accidents on the roads and they should be banned!

This doesnt include the likes of ur CRV Cush. more the massive pajeros and patrols driven by people that just don tknow how
