I think Clubbie bars are NLA.
I'm sure you can still get them rechromed, finding who does it now is the hard part.
I'll go check my S/H stock...

I thought Karcraft still sold them?

I know I've seen them in a catalogue recently, maybe it was an English Mini mag.

Regarding getting them re-chromed - Astor metal finshes in Villawood did mine for the Renault. Be warned, it'll cost more than you paid for the car!

Kevin.

Nope- Karcraft only list bumpers for the non-Clubbies now. I don't think any have been made for years. Rare in UK and Canada too.

Take a look http://www.agradepanels.com.au

Also think that the late model Rovers have same bumper bars as Clubmans. Might be worth having a look.

I didn't know these bars were getting scarce....so what do you do with your brand new shell from Heritage? Source some old crap and get it re-chromed? .....

Note to me ... next time you see a clubby - snaffle the bumper bars!!

Anton, I'll have a look, i may have a pretty good nick rear bumper..I thought they were the same as on roundies?

Funnily enough my rear bumper is in mint nick, it's the front that has taken all the brunt of the road and has kinda oxidised and crap...

hmmmm..... :?

Chroming anything costs big bux, I figured that.

I can't believe that you cant buy a new replacement front or rear bar. Surely that is one of the most common damaged items on a Mini?!?!?!?

Yea Josh and others, if you have a decent rear bar for sale, that doesn't have pitted chrome or dents, let me know. I am in the hunt for one for JAM.

EDIT: Jan, I took a look at your plug and I see they do an exchange service. A little pricey maybe, but very handy to know. Thanks for the tip

If you can find or build a horizontal tray, 10 L may just work.

You should talk to the guy up Newcastle way (EZ Nickel Kits I think, or is it Jane Kits?)
