Ok so im halfway through making my dash and I need to know what gauges I need?

Speedo, Tacho, Fuel, Water Temp, Oil Preasure, Oil Temp, Volts

What els do you guys recomend? And who make good gauges that work in minis?

Yeah i agree, my mate is doing the autometer dash for his monaro, he has Tacho, shift lite, speedo, fuel gauge, fuel pressure, water temp, oil pressure, NOS, volts.

I think its a tad on the busy side. It just looks way to cluttered....

WRONG willy, volts are very nesessary, they show up the 1st sign of any electrical dramas, oil temp is'nt rally needed

Volts is needed definitely! Too many guages is silly in one spot, but if you put them about the palce as in say 3 + 3 rover stlye on the dash, 3 more down low on a centre cnsole or similiar and you cand do it. Craig Goss has 5 on his centre console and it looks awesome!

Its a Mini... electrical dramas are a given.


For mini's they should make a light called the 'Lucas' light by Bosche to tell us when lucas has crap itself, it would be permanately on, But if it were a 'Lucas' light by Lucas surely it wouldn't work at all.... :lol:
