Had a late start at work today (1pm) so was still in my pyjamas at 10:30am when I went down to the garage to get something and ended up installing the new Timken roller bearings in the driver side hub  Just call me the PJ Mechanic  ( Wife was not impressed)

Installed the radiator expansion tank generously donated by Flute, underneath the passenger side guard. All plumbed in with a flat cap on the radiator and new short-neck 13lb'er on the tank, and it's working brilliantly :D

I fitted some low back clubbie seats in the van (courtesy of 76snail) to see if they are any better than the Rover seats that were in there.
I also fitted a lighter socket for the phone and Tom Tom chargers. (and for the occasional ciggy)

put the new mirrors on, put in some ebc greenstuffs, degreased the engine bay with 3 cans of Export Degreaser, and did an oil change 8)

while doing the brake pads discovered a loose steering tie rod end.. no wonder she felt a little wobbly!

Picked up my car from Mini King (Thanks John!) ready to pass onto it's new owner on Sunday.

It's going to start a new life in the Newcastle area.
