OK, this is real. Wife comes home and I tell her about this crazy stuff going on on eBay. Show her the 850. She says, 'Just like my Mum's one, buy it'. OK, I can go to 4300 and by the time I get back to the keyboard, snap. Well done to whoever got it; a real gem.
I am sorry you missed out.

I was bidding on a rare book the other day (actually I was holding out till the last 5 minutes before bidding) when my computer locked up and I couldn't bid. By the time I got the page loaded again the auction was over by 15 seconds.

I had already bought 1 unregistered car on ebay today a second was going to be a stretch, but it was worth a shot at those prices, good luck to the new owners, come on who else bid...

I hope the 850 stays in original nick! :)

Not that it is my business, but it would be a shame if it ends up purple with chromies!

Hell, at that price he could clean it up a bit, get it on the road and easily double his money keeping it original. Modified, it's just another Mini...

Well the Missus Ok'd me for 4,300 for that 850. Apart from her Mum having one she could appreciate it as a companion to the Cooper. Happy to pay 4.3k to take it off anyone's hands.

You don"t have to worry it will definately be kept absolutely as original.
Just needs a huge clean up and the necessary repairs for registration.
Can't wait to get it home in the shed out of harms way!

Might take it to the Muster......................
