talk to a fitter and turner.

there's a fair amount of bracketing (depending on the seats)

basically u need to bolt the floorpan to the brackets, then the brackets to the seat brackets.

there was a vtec clubby in one of the uk mags that had ferrari seats..... mind you teh guy also owned a gallardo.. :)
