Does anyone know if the carby kit for a HIF44 is the same as a HIF6?
The only differance between them that I know of is that the 44 is metric and the 6 is imperial.

Here's the Graham Russell one... it kills all the others, if you have room... 8)
This one's feeding a 1401 stroker... and that carb's not an HS6 stocker either... :P

The 45DCOE Weber ones are $260, these are same or a little less.
Watch you have room for a filter, they are pretty long.

Yep, HIF-44.. NOT HIF-6 (Turbo one....)
they look almost identical, except the Turbo one has the Throttle linkage on the opposite side to the Choke ! (Dunno why.. just seems to be that way!)

J

HMMMMMM thats why mine has the linkage on the other side!!!!! so mine is a HIF-6. any real diff between the two Kaz:?

Go see Graham, he said today he will sell one to us ausmini guys (pickup) for under $200.
No comparison for flow. GR one wins....

He said it will fit if you use an offset filter. Not sure if he meant an HIF44 or HS6 though. Ring & ask!
