The rust is pretty bad, but stripped back it hasnt gone as far across as first thought.

Just grab you local phone book and look for sheetmetal fabrication shops. Just pop around to your closest one and ask if you can buy some offcuts for restoring your Moke. More than likely they'll give it to you for a small charge or if you're lucky free 8)
