the doors still open and close fine the roof is fine engine still runs and drives, im not a real roundy fan well i like them but i like clubmans much better so no round front conversion. i would only re-shell it if i found another 76clubman shell that was pretty good other wise ill try get this one fixed. both seam covers didnt move so that is a good sign.

Dam that is so terrible and I am so sorry this happened to you... But atleast you was not injured so thats the main thing...

If I remember rightly..

Wasnt there a guy offering a free Clubman shell on this forum a week ago???

Perhaps he may still have it even....

Also there was that one in Canberra on eBay but I think it has finished now and the guy was going to cut the passenger side floor pan out of it..

Sorry once again to read of this and its real dam shame... I hope you can work something out one way or the other..

Yea ben, that really sucks :( I'm sure you'll be able to get it fixed somehow, just keep everyone here informed and they'll help you :)

If the doors still open/close fine & the roof is still good, it sounds like you can fix it :)
No point in looking at the floor pan in a mini as I've never seen a straight one except in a show car.

Heck if it comes to it you can always just reshell it (clubby of course) and you've got a great donor for a trailer 8)

Ben, sorry to hear of your misfortune, for future reference don't lift your foot of the gas when the rear starts to slide, full power will pull it around & straighten it up again.

Ah yes... good old gravel roads.
They are very scary.
I came unstuck on one once, ended up in a ditch, off the side of the road.
One of the front wheels was hanging over, so i couldnt even back it up.
Had to walk half a kay to some persons house (lucky they were home) and she got her 4wd out and towed me. :D

No damage to my car.

Sorry to see it mate.
Good luck with the repairs.
