what is your problem with frames?

for someone on dialup, having to wait with a blank screen while an entire page reloads would be quite a pain...

i agree witht the dial up thing, i just thought frames were neater, i guess it all depends on personal preference....and wether the site is set up properly, i guess a good webssite is based on content and ease of navigation, as well as quick loading times.
