I feel your pain Sherrif! I too am well... not... 30...years...on...but a good 20 :D from my first mini and I am struggling to gradutate from uni!! talk about mid life crisis' :lol: holy crap I just did the math and its pushing 25 years :shock:

its all relivant some people get old early i know people half my age who act older.. perhaps that makes me imature, and that may be so.. It would be interesting to see how others see us, or percieve our actions. im sure to some people im an old expleative, and to others im just one of the blokes.
only real difference i see is i make sure i do my dumb stuff in safe places.

i'm 33 wear them long shorts some times surf type tshirts and stuff from jay jays .... i were it cos i like the style i know i'm not as ancient as you older blokes but geez my brother is 48 weres the same style of cloths as me rides a ducati races remote cars surfs just bought a r33 skyline has a turbo vl commondore (bleaches his hair to hide the grays) but thats him and well the way i see it do what ya wanna do be what you wanna bee yeah ....... you older people will get the last bit lol

Thanks guys n girls. feelin a bit better now! I'm glad to here there's a few oldies here. I guess your as old as you feel To awdmoke if i'm older than you i must be more mature :lol: and you'll be pleasded to know i took camels test and it told me to try again in ten years so I guess I"m still in limbo. ANy way i'll see yooz around . Ryan i'll come up to kangaroo valley and make my self known, wont be in a mini though, So if an old fogey comes up to you and starts .droolin over ya cars its probably me :wink: cheers the ''sheriff''

I am 68 next birthday and one way or another I have been involved with a mini since 1966. Have had other mechanical affairs along the waybut thats life.

hehe i saw this lady driving a blue 850 the other day in a carpark, she would have been maybe 60, and when she saw me in my Mini she grinned and waved at me. I thought it was so cool :D

And Makka, im 21 and i get that last bit :P

I'm 20, and there's NOTHING wrong with acting you shoe size instead of your age, just don't hurt anyone else doing it. Everyone drives Minis. Just go to any Mini cruise, and you'll soon see that. My grandpa has/had a Cooper S replica a year ago, and he's pushing mid 70s. Still drives like a mad man possesed. :roll: Probably not the best idea, but you get that.
