Yeap, I've used a mini as a daily driver ever since i got my licence..so about 4years now..

I've added a bike to that list, so it's used as trasport to work in the urban traffic..lets me sleep in an extra half hour too 8)

Mine's an almost daily. Only don't drive it when I start @ 6am (don't like waking the neighbours up at about 5:20), or if I have things to carry (sports gear, prams and babies' seats etc - but that's only about once a month)..
Have also kept my other car (Huyandai wagon) for the above reasons, plus so I can get to work when I get all the work done to my mini.
Plan on selling the Hyundai and buying another mini eventually, once I learn more and have the mini up to scratch

Mine is my daily driver, I even deliver Pizza's in it at night (good fun in the wet too - as long as it's not too heavy)

NAV is my daily driver. Even used him on a few long distance trips when the "reliable" had reliability issues. 2yrs active service full time now and besides regular maintenance the only two things were conrod bearing letting go so i gave it a full re-build and a head gasket 1 week ago.

Rain Hail (ask my missus bout that one) or shine i drive it everywhere.

Everyday? Absolutely!

I drove my LS everyday for 6 months, but the wear'n'tear was a little too much to handle. I dont wanna wreck it just driving to work. So, from last January, i have always had another Mini to get me to work.

They seem very reliable, when stock. Mind you, i have never had a problem i can't fix with a wire wiggle/ hot wire start/ quick fix when i get to work. (fouled plug- ultrasonic it, give it a quick bead-blast and you're off)

And i won't be driving anything else anytime soon, either. I cant see the point. If something goes wrong, i can fix it in 10 minutes, usually for $10

My van has been my daily driver for six years and it's been pretty reliable. But parking at a railway station every day is starting to take it's toll. Door dings and a couple of small rust patches have appeared, and it's had the roof damaged once. he fuel gauge

Now I'm looking for something else for the daily drive. Problem is everything I like, my wife Sarah does not like. Quote from Sarah "It's just a car, its not special like your van." :)

Currently when I need to tow something or carry people I use the Jackaroo and Sarah drives the van. But I don't like Sarah driving it far, as she finds it difficult to change lanes with no side windows and I'm worried she will run out of juice as the fuel gauge doesn't work.
