There was a sticker in the engine bay on mine that had the name of the color on it, not sure where it was exactly, as it came off when the body was rubbed back..

i only had to do the front ones, the back ones are fine..

got some mdf from hardware store, 3mm
got some vinyl from spotlight.. mind you its like clothing vinyl not upholstery vinyl..
stuck some padding on stapled the vinyl on.

used the original door cards as a template, used a jigsaw to cut out the mdf.

with the guys that reupholstered or made new door cards for the round noses, how did you recreate the stripes in the fabric? I first thought they were sewen on, but on closer inspection they seem to have been heat sealed in or something, does anybody know how its done?
