looking good

any tips on the work that you have done? like how many coats did you use and are you going to use a clear over the top or is there no need with acrylic? and what grade wet are you going to rub it back with or are you just going to buff it out and hope for the best?

sorry for all the questions but im new and keen on doing this myself soon

Looks excellent, and I can't wait to see it finished. I have a feeling it will look VERY mean! Are you going for wide flares and tyres to make it look more angry?

That's actually relatively easy. The hard part is putting back together without scratching/chipping the paint.

I hate hanging doors and fitting bonnets

the panels are so straight....... but there was a little bit of bog round the place to my disgust.....

prep time.......... bloody ages....!!!!!

took ages to try and make the body smooth and remove all the chipped paint and other stuff...

i bought some innocenti flares,,,,,, black plastic screw on to make the wheels look wider....

yer im not lookin forward to tryin not to skratch the paint when putting the pannels back on...

looks pretty sweet! Did you leave the engine in whilst you painted it? I'm guessing it was under all that wrap in the pics.
