Nice. V nice.
I reckon the front guards would be reas. easy to stretch out,
I considered it myself - but trying to get them even / same ...
But the back ones are joined to the wheel arches,
which would have to be seperated then the area filled or something.

What ever you do, don't make them out of BOG!!
I was offered a Clubman with bog guards - cracks everwhere, and he hadn't finished his "project". Still, what do you expect from a butcher?!!

The metal would be wafer thin if streached that much :)
metal welded on would add extra weight.
Likely glass, but nowdays - what the hey -
hang the expense and go carbon fibre!

Yep. I've wanted to 'tub' a mini for ages now.

I want 13x5.5s on the front, under Leyland 'S' flares.
And then some meaty 13x7s on the back... Under the same flares.

Shorten the 'frame, modify wheelwells, move fuel tank(s) and finally the battery box.
I reckon that'd look PHAT.

An idea that might just happen on my next mini. If a project is to go ahead.
2 seater, 1330, big stereo, tubbed, de-seamed,,, oooh yeah. On a Rover, of course.
