OMG i love Frank Spencer... yep... Frank is sticking

OK have by passed the solenoid and the starter rolls so looks like its a dodgy solenoid..

Its the bloody third one i have gone through.. one on this car before, one on the moke, now this one again...

:cry: stupid solenoids

Buy Lucas, not the Echlin lookalike one. :x
I had a dud one of those, after 1 month it would work cold, but often not when hot....
Didn't have the Lucas `quality' haha :lol:
Swapped it for a new Lucas, no more problem.

Fantastic. Thanks Doc.... suggestion noted. (although from memory i think that the one on there is a Lucas... but now you mention it that other brand also rings a bell)
