No, not in NSW Ryan. In order to get onto the CRS scheme currently, you have to be a member of an incorporated club, and that club has to be affiliated with the CMC (council of motor clubs). For that you have to be voted into the CMC by a vote from the other member clubs. Currently you can't just rock up to the RTA and ask for CRS (at least not legally, some RTA's may well process you

But you could form a club, enrol in CMC, and wait for your turn. With newly formed clubs, they are insisting on using Blue and Pink slips rather than recognised club expertise for vehicle inspections.
