Personally,take her to the cleaners. She was in the wrong and seeing the mini off the road(or worse), get the replacement costs out of her. Since we live in a litigative society now, the law favours the victim.

But honestly, sad to see you having a spot of bad luck. As Makka said - keep all the good bits and transfer them at a later date - couldnt hurt...

duuuuuuude
this is one of my ultimate fears.... i am about to completely rebuild my clubby and i stress that i am going to put so much love and $$$ into it, and then some yobo hoboe redneck trailer trash idiot is going to do something to my baby. either by accident or on purpose (thinking its funny to deface a mini :cry: )
and hearing what has happened to you makes me want to cry :(

its like when blokes see another bloke score a kick/hit/whatever to the
twig-and-giggle-berries, and you all go "oooohhhhhhhhhhh". you all feel the pain.
this situation, i believe, is much the same for all those who own a mini. am i right, or am i right, eh
