Expansion tank is best. They work properly.
Overflow tank is just to stop you spilling coolant onto the road. (this will start a fight :wink: )

I will post some pics of the Morris 1100 setup soon. :wink:

Engine bay showing the tank on the firewall.

Flat cap for the radiator.

Neck of radiator showing how they made the pipe stick into the neck to stop you fitting the wrong type of cap. You don't need to do it though, just fit the flat cap.
