I thought it did but not sure? Didnt say anything about kilowatts on the box? I did ask the kid who sold it to me at Supercheap Auto. He said it made his Daewoo Matiz quicker...... So im guessing it does something? Do u know if the Autometer temp/oil pressure gauges would increase KW's also?

I'm hoping so!
I bought Autometer oil pressure and water temp gauges not long ago in the hope of getting a gain in power.
We'll see how she goes on the dyno once its all together tho!

A Monster tacho in a Matiz would make it stupidly fast... That guys insane!!

These young kids 2day really do some crazy struff ya know. They dont seem to be scared of these high horsepower, stump pulling torque machines. Ive dyno proven that the racing pedals, gearknob and steering wheel all increase power. Maybe u should also try those mods?

I just love the location 'Copperlode' dam and from my memory of living in Cairns it was the local night 'parking' spot...........for all those chaep nasty minds read the name again!

Not too sure it was named after anyone famous, more like the area pastime.

Good to see it isn't raining! Have you done the Mossman-Mt Malloy Road from Mossman up to Mareeba I have haerd that one is a fun twisty road?

Mate has a mini in Cairns and been meaning to 'borrow' it when I am up there for work instead of the usual hire cars, trying to get back there for Amateurs!

So it's a standard issue plate and doesn't mean anything?

I thought it was a custom plate and was trying to figure out what it said.... :?

Yeah thats the Rex Range, its quite tight! Ive driven it in this car when i 1st had it on the road in 97. Shame the suspension was stock and only had a stock motor. But have been up n down that range heaps in work vehicles yrs ago....

Amatuers is the 9th September!!!!!! The 1 day of the year where the entire population of Cairns gets drunk!!!! And the 1 chance that u get to c glamorous girls trying to hide between parked cars as they squat for a piss.....!!!! Priceless.

What does ur mate Mini look like??? There isnt many around up here, so ill probably know of it...

Yup its just a standard issue DOT number plate given to me over the counter. It was green n white for years, then i decided to get it in B&W, but i had to personalise it to be able to do that..... basically they just wanted more money for nuthin!!!!!

Yeah its semi gloss black in 2pac. I should of gone for a less glossy finish..... But anyway....

Not too sure to be exact, I have never laid eyes on it, just in talking to him he has two, I think one being worked on to get back on the road, has it with someone at Machans Beach or something.
I have only ever seen him in his massive 6L V8 diesel Cruiser, his name is Benny.

Never got a chance to do that road when I lived there however I hired a little Dahaitsu macine and took it up through Kuranda to Mareeba and then down to Milla Milla Falls and out to the Perrimon Hotel near Malanda for lunch then down past the craters into Gordonvale and back into Cairns. Not a bad day out, would have loved to do it in the mini.
