This may help those without a rattle gun and still wanting a quicker and easier way.

a sidchrome 1/4" Drive socket set. These are chrome vanadium, and very strong, but small enough to fit in there. Don't get a cheap brand, they won't fit and the quality is rubbish. Snapped ratchets and skinned knuckles and blood on the gearbox = :(

(except the two above the diff, a ratcheting spanner would be good here (need the open ended ratcheting one))

You will find this set extremely useful for many things on the mini!

having the right tools makes the world of difference but it starts getting pricing after awhile. i have only been in the trade for 18months and have about 4 grands worth of stuff.
