This may help those without a rattle gun and still wanting a quicker and easier way.
a sidchrome 1/4" Drive socket set. These are chrome vanadium, and very strong, but small enough to fit in there.
Don't get a cheap brand, they won't fit and the quality is rubbish. Snapped ratchets and skinned knuckles and blood on the gearbox = 
(except the two above the diff, a ratcheting spanner would be good here (need the open ended ratcheting one))
You will find this set extremely useful for many things on the mini!
