Thanks guys, that Jem looks cheap at the moment, but a few more days to go will sort that ,,,Plus shipping it out here, plus duty & customs & broker fees & GST &&&&& Might have to pass, but i`m watching it anyways, thanks Jon

I really do have enough projects on the go,,, maybe they`ll all be finished & running by the time my grand kids are my age, but then i`d have to actually have some kids of my own for them to have kids of their own for that to happen yeah??? or can i just buy some grand kids off E-bay???

But i really would like to make a circuit race marcos/jem,,, bullet shaped turbo twin cam 16v injected mini some-"thing" really makes the heart start to pump hey? can you just imagine it??? :-)

Matt

There is a couple of things to look out for

1 cars over 30 years old do not have duty

2 try and get the car for under $1000 and there is no Duty or GST only fees are AQUIS and dock fees and broker fees

The midas cost $942 in the UK shipping was $1870 dock fees here of and AQUIS/cleaning and brokers fees of $550 landed and cleared in 3 days :D and it came with 2 spare sets of disc brakes and a heap of other stuff in the back :D :D

I love the engineering with elegance catch phrase "Bwah ha ha ha" Did you notice the MK IV accesories (special tank) its a van tank! :D

If I came accross one at the right price I'd have one, but I agree they were never pretty.

Steve :D

Matt,
Been begging your old man for years to sell me that thing. When he said to me I would have to pry it out of his cold dead clamy hands I took the hint that it was not for sale. Got my self the modern day version a few weeks back. Bought a Lotus Exige. Wahoooo! dam that thing handles well.
