I also have the contact at Yoko head office. They sourced a set for me and delivered them to the dealer of choice in Fyshwick(Pats Tyres).

Email me at work on:

[email protected]

I still have his contact details(Christan is his name I believe...)

Falken I would not rate for Mini's

I am curious why you would not rate falkens? I have the Brigies at the moment but was considering going to Falken in the near future. There is a big diff in the outside diameter of these two tyres - like the lower profile of the falkens.

Also, has anyone got any pics of the A008s? I cant find a thing on these tyres. sound like the beez knees...

just did a search lads, questions answered.

I have a falken as a spare but yeah the rubber looks as hard as a rock. My brigies i am happy with although seem a bit skinny, although I do recall one 180 degree spin on a dry road

umm i dont know about the availability of 10" tyres but looking for 13's suck, unless you want to pay bloody high prices. I bought a couple of yokohama A539's. nothing special, but cheapest i could get them was 195 a piece. they grip alrite, but yeah in the wet fourth gear can spin.

i found the yokohama 539's to be an incredible wet tyre, compared to what else there is available they're an excellent choice

Nice tyres too...
I find the A008s pretty good on my 1360 in the wet unless they are getting to the illegal stage...
Definitely better than the near new Bridgestone SF226s on Barney- the other day on the F3 I had wheelspin in 4th...
OK, it was raining cats and dogs and little fishes....
