Here's the required dimensions the seller had senty to me in the past:
wheelbase -- 225mm, front track 190mm , rear track 180mm. It's +- a 1:9 scale.

Put me down for one.

And still no reply from them , this might have hit a brick wall before it even started . Also , as racing green pointed out , the info he managed to get from the person who made them they are slightly bigger than the Tamiya mini , but still would look fantastic as a static model .... I'm still looking for someone that can do them though , I know moke bodies are available in limited numbers in the UK from time to time so surely someone else will do clubbie bodies ...
