Personally from my leather furniture experience i would go to your local freedom store and get a mini leather care kit, (not the bycast one as it is too agressive). It is made by a company in Italy called loving furniture and distributed in australia by lilly industries.

Basically Loving furniture is the company that supplies 90% of the worlds tanneries with their chemicals for producing upholstry leather.

Make sure you apply it on a monthly basis as the oils from you skin combined with the extream temps acheived in a hot car will fry your seats more than mcdonalds french fry.
If you have lighter coloured leathers this will also send them yellow not to mention the cracks.
