red. Can't remeber if it had an alternate colour roof - possibly white.

It also had fancy white faced guages. 8)

Yes, that was indeed my car...
Laptop has been getting repaired so haven't been on here. I did get the pm, eventually!
She's been hiding there for a few weeks now. He pretty much rebuilt the dizzy, had to get a new seat from sydney as she kept leaning out from 4000 rpm or so!
I can see the dollars adding up from the work that has had to be done so far..
Slinkey, glad u liked the new gauges- tacho still to come... I will eventually post pics in the gallery when i get her back.
At least u might get away a bit cheaper, as working on sox he may have the carby bugs sorted out!
Should get her back early next week :D

Yeah, he said the jets were the issue, not the SU size. But he said he ordered nome new jets to get the mixture right up!

Love to know how it all turns out!

What size is it? I had a look and thought it's a 998, but could be an 1100.

Yes, the guages are very, very sexy.

Only thing that will make my work a bit harder is the bloke who is doing all this seems to be an expert on the Lucas dizzy, not so on the Pulsar one....

Should be all good though, it was listed in his dizzy book, but without very much info on it. Might have to contact a Nissan specialist to find out more.

The engine no. is a 998
I'll fill u all in when i get her back next week..
I don't think my dizzy was ever working properly from what i've been told.
It should be an interesting drive home with the addition of boost, and a decent tune!
