I'm running twin HS4s on Barney (1293A+, Tighe 270° cam, ToyoMini 1.5 rockers) with Ramflo filters- needles were CP4 but I now have #6 ones in.
At full load, mixture is a straight line at 13:1 A/F ratio.
Springs are red.

Hi B,
To be honest, I don't know what needle size I'm running. The HS4 carbs and RamFlo filters were put on years ago and because it runs well, I've never taken any notice. The manifold is a BMC 12A661 P2 with a stamping of 1008.
