You got problems. I have the mind of a seven year old trapped in the body of 41yo.

As mentioned in another topic, I bought a 100 amp Gasless MIG for $285ish. Got good penetration on 2mm steel, but was a bit of a slow process....

Mine is made by SIP.... and has 2 adjustment locations:

- There is a 2 way switch on the front that controls the amps (HI and LOW). Aparrently 'LOW' is for 0.6 to 1.3mm steel, and HI is for anything thicker.

- To adjust the feed rate, there is a knob under the top cover which adjusts the pressure between two rollers on the wire. The only bad thing is that the wire is always live when the machine is on.... so you need to switch it off before adjusting the pressure. I'm going to modify/extend this knob so that it is external and non conductive for easier adjustment.

Other than that, it is fine for the jobs I do. I'm not welding bridges after all....

happy brthday to me.
Stopped at a stop sign today and someone drove up my ass and dented both of my vans rear doors. He was a courier and didnt say sorry. He said he was reading his computer as he just got a job to deliver. He said it as if it was a valid reason to run up my ass. He then said that I should take 100 cash walk away. I then informed him that that would not be happening as one of the doors let alone both was worth more than that.

GAHHH

DAVID
