If you go about it correctly , like I said , write a letter with details of the car and photo's of the concrete hump etc showing there's no warning signs for it . Despite the "no responsibility for damage to cars" quotes they put up they will normally cover some costs if you approach them properly . Most people would go in all guns blazing and abuse the manager of the center and be removed by security whereas if you send a letter to the manager with all the details it might help . You didn't hit a pylon or wall , you hit an unmarked hazzard .
