as good as my 69 deluxe i paid $500 for it, it had Cooper S brakes, (booster) twin carbs, jellybean mags... and a reco'd 998... i swap'd motors, took the wheels and brakes, and sold it for $500 .. got a set of disc's. carbs and a mags for nothing

Good deals are nice...
I bought my `76 Clubbie 10 years ago for $1500, it had all Clubbie GT (Cooper S) running gear- suspension, brakes, twin tanks, 45 dellorto, LCB- I bunged it all into my `matic, put the 998 `matic engine & box into the Clubbie and sold that for $2000.
Now it's for sale again on eBay.
