You don't live in the same part of Tassie as me Al. I've had my Moke stolen three times, obviously it had become a little game for them. I got it secured properly with a kill switch and a handbrake lock and their game was spoiled, so they torched it outside my house instead. They tried to break into my old mini too, but only managed to rip the door handle off, meaning that no-one could get in. I had to break in through the passenger side for a few weeks.
Its impossible to describe the amount of anger I felt on each occasion, I'm a pretty easy going guy but I could have murdered the little bastard. I knew who he was but I couldn't touch him, after all he knew where I lived and if he was happy to torch a car, I don't think a house would have bothered him either. Cops weren't interested, it was only an old car.
By the way Al, where do you work?
