I keep buying stuff I know I will need or think I will need or I think is a good idea at the time and as the car is not finished I store all this IN the car. The result is the car is full. I forget what I have bought and buy it again or I can't find it when I want it

When I do get the car finished I know I'll have a heap of stuff to sell

I hear that!! the interior of mine is full, the shed (although mini in itself!) is full, I am trying not to become one of those with spare parts in the lounge room!!! The wife would kill me!!! (if only she knew how much cash gets pumped into the mini  )

Cheers, bryan

I don't even have my mini yet and my shopping list for all the extra parts I want is over the $1000 mark.

Minisport website is a bad bad place to browse, lol.

It's even worse when you have two or more Minis - do I buy THIS for that car or THAT for this car?

Come on, join the dark side, you know you want to

Well, to be honest, I don't store mini parts in the Lounge. I only store them in the garage, my bedroom and the spare bedroom. Obviously only clean ones inside.

For some reason mum hasn't yelled at me yet - maybe because it's happening over such a long period?

And thats why I need you guys to keep buying Ultimate CDs and Voltage regulators. She thinks I make about $50 out of a $5 CD and $500 out of a $20 regulator

I sometimes think it would be easier to work on my car inside considering there is more tools and parts in the house then outside
Hopefully car will be registered soon 8)

There were some morris 1100 fans in Lismore several years ago that apparently had the house setup so they could have a car on display inside , never saw it but heard from several people who had .

I've always wanted a warehouse with all my cars on the ground floor in the "living" area and the bedrooms in a mezzanine upstairs. So I can go to railing and look at the cars anytime. :D

I'd thought the same until moving into this house , the garage is downstairs and after working on the mini's or tuning them in the garage the house smells of fumes . Imagine with a whole collection full of exhausts from having a mass tune/fiddle ...

We have a problem now. We are moving from the house that comfortably fit three mini's and a million parts under it, to a house that only has a 6 x 6m shed. And the mini count is about to increase by one or two.... So how many mini's has anyone crammed into a 6 x 6m shed??

This Mini disease never goes away. From clearing the decks of yardful of Miinis down to a Moke, I've now bought a UK Clubman GT to join the Cooper and the project Clubman 'S'. Better not take too much loot with me to the swap on Sunday.
